The importance of the mold parts can not be underestimated, so the design must conform to the use of the mold and can be easily assembled and repaired. In order to meet the requirements of the customer, we must have high-precision processing equipment, besides, the following must be noted in the process of manufacturing as well:

1.Selection of processing equipment. Before the mold design, the company needs to fully consider its application in the processing of different precision equipment. For the precision and size of the mold parts processing precision, select the appropriate precision and rigidity of the manufacturing equipment.

2.Tool selection. Choose a tool with high wear resistance and high reliability, and it is suitable for high-precision machining and strengthen tool management.

3.Temperature control. Accurate temperature control of processing workshops, machine tools, etc. Enhance the knowledge of the operator's mold structure, processing characteristics and machine tool operation skills.

4. Regularly organize the technical exchanges between the design department and the production department, and find out the problems in a timely manner. It is necessary to establish the concept and management method that unconditionally meets the specified machining accuracy in every single workshops.
